RV Parking Exemption

Covenant #5, in part reads: “Loading or unloading of house trailers, campers, motor homes, trailers, or recreational vehicles during which time it may not be possible to have such vehicles visually screened may take no longer than 72 hours. Temporary accommodations for visitors’ campers shall be cleared through the Committee.“

If you will have visitors staying with one of the above mentioned vehicles for longer than the 72 hours, please submit this form for HOA approval. This approval lets the HOA know what is going on, and in the event we receive a complaint, we will have a direct response to the complainant and thus be able to avoid any conflicts.

NOTE: There is a Maximum permitted length of 25′ for any RV.
