annual spring clean-up
The spring cleanup dumpster will be available starting at Noon on Friday, May 17. At noon on Saturday, it will be replaced with a second container that will be available through Sunday, May 19. Don’t miss the opportunity to clean your yard of all sizes of debris, including small branches, leaves, weeds, bush trimmings and even chunks of wood and concrete.
This annual clean-up event is paid for by your HOA fees, and we leapfrog the two dumpsters to minimize the risk of overfilling. The dumpster door MUST be able to close and items cannot be spilling from the top. Please be courteous to your neighbors by packing items smartly.
The following are NOT ALLOWED in the dumpster:
- Batteries
- Electronics
- Hazardous waste
- Paint or cleaning solutions
- Gas
- Ammunition
- Household garbage
- Appliances
- Furniture
- Bathroom fixtures
Tree Limbs: Due to the exorbitant increases in both dumping and removal fees, the HOA stopped supporting a chipper last year. The City of Westminster has a free, year-round, drop-off program for tree branches and limbs. The limb recycling center is open on the second Saturday of every month from 8AM-Noon. Bring a Colorado I.D., utility bill, rent receipt or mortgage statement showing a Westminster address.
